I aim to develop softer, experience-based, and human-centered approaches to music technology research. I study topics including AI music evaluation, spatial audio perception, and affective approaches to technology.

 

Recent projects examine co-listening between performers and intelligent systems, gender and language in music and technical spaces, perceived intimacy in spatial audio, and human expectations surrounding AI-generated music.
